Response to Norman McLaren's Begone Dull Care

• Very "Mothlight"
• It was coordinated and lyrical. I loved how well the emotions of the music reflected through the paintings.
• The rawness of the film was intriguing. I felt like it was animated electronically because the beats and rhythms of the music synced so well into the visuals.
• The simplicity of most the shapes created an almost 'comprehensible' environment. The visuals were not too overwhelming as I have seen with some experimental animations.
• Possibly inspiration for the opening sequence of "Monsters Inc."???
